In a Yin practice, we move slow, connect to the deeper tissues in our bodies which teaches us the art of letting go. Yin yoga as a practice incorporates principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. For beginners, asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. Yin Yoga is becoming more common in Wichita, Kansas, we offer a unique style with the use of sound healing tools. Streaming or in person, come relax with us.
